About Our Company - Emperor Music Press Inc.
Emperor Music Press Incorporated is devoted to providing quality music for
younger players and features a catalog for woodwinds, brass, and percussion
at levels I, II, and III. Forty-eight of the catalog pieces are on the Florida
Bandmasters Association Solo and Ensemble list and eleven of the catalog pieces
are new additions on the New York State School Music Association list for 2006.
All of the pieces in the catalog were written with younger players in mind
and are carefully orchestrated to be attainable while providing a good
learning experience for the younger musician.
No melody is used more than twice in the catalog. Melodies in the solo
pieces were written so they are not doubled in the accompaniment part.
Range and ease of fingerings were carefully planned to minimize student
frustration.
Quality music from famous composers along with challenging and fun
original pieces from professionals that are currently teaching at the
middle school level are the basis of this catalog.
We hope that you will find pieces within the catalog that your
students will enjoy and that you will enjoy teaching. You can
anticipate expansion of this catalog in the years to come. Your
suggestions would be entertained on what you would like to see
included in future editions.

Emperor Music Press is very proud to announce that we have twenty-six new pieces
that will be added to the Solo and Ensemble list for the state of Florida. We will
have these new FBA pieces added to our web site as soon as possible. We are also
very proud to have fifty-four of our pieces accepted for the Solo and Ensemble list
for the state of Maryland. We are currently working on getting these pieces
available for sale as well as being posted on the web site for your perusal.
We are also working on being able to offer music for concert band in the near future.
We plan to build a catalog of pieces at several levels, but as always, specializing
in pieces for younger players.
We want to thank our writers and the many band directors that have contributed to
our success so far. We want to continue to improve our offerings so as to serve
our loyal fans and customers. Your suggestions for titles and ensembles to go with
them are always welcome.
